Jurisdiction is philosophy. Hermia runs on servers in Reykjavik, Iceland — hosted by a digital rights company, powered by renewable energy, protected by strong free speech law. Where the data lives is a statement about what we value.
Structural protections: AGPL-3.0 license. Anti-acquisition clause. Public commit history. Build-in-public provenance. Hermia cannot be acquired, partnered, invested in, or structurally controlled by any entity other than its founder.
The people who will try to paint this as crazy are telling on themselves.
